I've also got Arma 2 recently, I love the game but I'm so bad at it. The realistic aspect is driving me insane but for some reason the game pulls me in.
I love to play Battlefield very much, Its very interesting game and full entertainment, but I am unable to play. I am not interested with the storyline its very general. If i am ready to play with interest , but the game doesn't let me to play because as a single player i am feeling very difficulty.
I really hate to say it, but I am Terrible at Star Fox 64, even though it's one of my favorite games of all time. Same goes for Street Fighter 2, damn super combos :/
The vast majority of the games I play, especially of the action-oriented type. I'm good at rpgs and being able to think through my actions, but I can't for the life of me do it in real-time (with a few exceptions)

I'd recommend buying it on XBLA. It lets you save the game whenever you want so you can take levels at a much slower pace and correct any mistakes.

Yeah, I have got it on XBLA (it's one of those games that I've ended up getting on multiple platforms). I just don't play it enough to be properly skillful with it, and the hardest difficulty setting still makes my brain explode.

Out of interest, how would you help with Street Fighter? I'm certainly not great at it, so I can't really comment, but it seems to be very much an ingrained reflex kind of thing.

I add people on Xbox/PS3 and teach 'em from there. I should charge. I've taught 3 people so far and now they're pretty good now, making YouTube videos too.

Put it on the lowest difficulty ?
oh man i used to love fighters, back in the day I had MK, SF, KOF, Bloody Roar, Tobal (awesome!), and various others i cant remember but as soon as you could start playing online i get y ass kicked. seriously i bought marvel vs capcom on XBL and can barely even get a hit in because of these ridiculously choreographed combos people pull out...what happened to the days when you just trapped someone in the corner and mashed buttons?!
Most side-scrolling platformers. I am embarrassingly terrible at Mario games. I can do Sonic, but that freakin little plumber...

Also, a lot of FPSs online. I can hold my own in MW3 and other CODs, but I'm still not really up to par. I'm beyond help in BF3.
I suck really bad at just about every RPG on the planet just for the hours I'll spend looking for everything instead of actually trying to beat the games.

Ok, so really my answer is the Megami Tensei series, if only I could finish just one of them!
every splinter cell...

I'm with you on that one.

Stealth and I have a bumpy relationship.
donkey kong country 2 ,by far the hardest game and i could barely beat the damn game.i love shooting games but i suck at FPS Games
The Legend of Zelda, I've only beaten one of the games, yet I consider myself a fanboy of the series because I'm really into the lore of the LoZ universe.
Any racing simulator. I love the realism of Gran Turismo, Dirt 3, GRID and the likes, but on the first missed turn, I go from first position to last before I can recover and when I running again, all the other cars are too far away for me to have any hope of getting a decent rank.

Also, Total War-like RTSs. I don't suck at them as bad as in racing simulators (I get to win some battles now and then), but as soon as the battle starts, it doesn't take long for the chaos to settle in and then there are so many troops scattered around the map, fighting men left and right and I eventually get too confused to come up with strategies to win the game. Sometimes, it takes some minutes for me to notice that I have some few units remaining that stand still in the same place since the beginning of the match. But until then, so many soldiers had already died or fled that they aren't much of a difference.

I almost bought Shogun 2: Total War on Steam Sales, but remembering this (and lack of money) stopped me from doing it.
Mega man, Metroid, Metal Gear
