For me that would have to be King of the Hill, NCIS, American Dad, and Tosh.0
Doctor Who, Sherlock, Firefly, Pawn Stars, and Psych.
Damn. Haven't watched TV in...years. I remember the good shows like:
Early Simpsons
Comic cartoons (X-men evolution, Spiderman)
Cartoon network (Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexters Lab, Samurai jack...pretty much all of it)
Superman TV series
Most of Fox Kids
Everything on Toonami (good anime (Outlaw Star, BigO...), and thes films...)
Malcolm in the Middle
How it's made
Mythbusters
Anything that made you a 90's kid (Pokemon, Fresh Prince...)
Recently? The Big Bang Theory
Before? Firefly, All the 90s Nickelodeon cartoons, a big majority of the Cartoon Network cartoons, the OLD Adult Swim shows/animes, Toonami shows, also Bones and House.

Awww, I HATE The Big Bang Theory. Each to their own though.

Deadwood. Blackadder. Black Books. Sopranos. Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle. Columbo. Peep Show. Sherlock Holmes (the recent one). Flight of Conchords. Fist of Fun.
Everyone needs to watch The Venture Brothers if you haven't already.
Daria is seen as a girls programme, but it's actually pretty unisex and very well made.
Red Dwarf, excellent sci-fi comedy.
Anything with Ray Mears.
South Park.
Early Simpsons.
Star Trek (original + next gen).
Inside Natures Giants.
Family Guy.
American Dad (better than Family Guy imo).
Bottom (british comedy, senseless slapstick violence).
Blackadder.
King of the Hill.
Futurama.
Dragon Ball/Z.
Frasier.
King of Queens.
Game of Thrones.
Malcolm in the Middle.
Samurai Jack.
Doctor Who (hit or miss imo).

I'm sure there's more.

Bottom! Even better, though, The Young Ones! I notice you go for Frasier but not Cheers? I love Cheers so much!

Also; Archer and Frisky Dingo.
I've honestly not seen much of Cheers.

It's SO cosy. And has the best theme tune ever, and that is fact.
The Big Bang Theory is my favorite show of all time...
I have also been watching America's Got Talent..
My family watches Pretty Little Liars but it's getting kind of played out now.

The number of television shows that I actively enjoyed and specifically wanted to always watch is pretty short:
- BattleBots (probably the first show I ever made a point to never ever miss an episode)
- Arrested Development
- The Larry Sanders Show (if you loved Jeffrey Tambor in Arrested Development you'll love this show)
- Mythbusters
- MXC
- Crayon Shin-Chan
- It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
- Space Ghost: Coast to Coast
- Regular Show
- Adventure Time

There's probably a few more but I just can't think of them.
The Crow: Stairway To Heaven
The Brak Show
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Game of Thrones
Star Trek
Star Trek: The Next Generation
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys
Andromeda
Space Ghost: Coast to Coast
ALF
Black Adder
A Bit of Fry and Laurie
Fawlty Towers
Freakazoid
Animaniacs
Pinky and the Brain
The Tick (cartoon is superior to the live action, but I like both)

And a lot more. As you can see, most are older (you know, from when T.V. was good)
1) Naruto
2) One Piece
3) Heroes (Season 1 only)
4) The Walking Dead
5) Sherlock
6) Dragonball/Z
7) Breaking Bad
8) Stella
9) Firefly
10) Futurama

Edit: Honorable Mentions: Avatar:The Last Airbender, Community, Modern Family, Legend of Korra.
Dead Like Me, Futurama, Adventure Time and Sherlock.

I haven't watched anything on a TV network in almost a year so I don't really know of many other shows. I've allways spent more time gaming than watching TV in general, really.
Venture Bros, Futurama, Key and Peele, Adventure Time, Walking Dead, Heroes, Fringe, Family Guy, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Storage Wars, and Pawn Stars.

Amazing shows that need to be watched.
