so yeah, i've been playing a bit of crystal and a bit of blue on my gameboys, and i love them both, ahhh nostalgia, what about you guys?
You - You spell "favourite" correctly.
I've got to say my favourite will always be the first one (Pokémon Blue for me). There was something unique about discovering the world and concept for the first time.
Yeah Blue was the first for me and will be the best, the music was so awesome and it was all so important to the player not to mention going through the Pokemon Safari and the Pokemon Tower.
White is second just because you start with NEW pokemon and only after beating the main story can you go and get the rest.
Probably Emerald and Pearl. Emerald was probably the pinnacle of the GBA area. Pearl because I loved how great it felt to have the new generation, awesome graphics, online and the indepth EV/IV mechanic which took Pokemon to much more serious level.
Crystal or Emerald. Something about the music and environments caught my immediate attention.
Leaf Green and Pokemon Colosseum would have to be my all time favs. Haven't playing anything past Leaf Green+Firered so who knows my opinion might change when I play the others.
.....but I doubt it
Emerald is my favorite by far.

I guess for main series: HeartGold or Crystal or Yellow.
For spin offs: Hey You Pikachu, Pokemon Channel, Pokemon Puzzle League
My only pokemon, Sapphire. I've beaten that game with each starting pokemon and got myself a Rayquaza, Salamence, and Kyogre on one team.
Leaf Green because Charmander. Charmander goes Char Char.
I love them all the same
but i prefer to play the newest games
For me, easily Pokemon Crystal. Red is a close second though. Yellow is also amazing.
