Um I think maybe the quoting system should be rethought a little bit because I can literally make a fake quote as long as I have all the quote things set up like

I don't think anyone on the forums is enough of an asshole to do this and just majorly troll someone but it concerns me a bit. I don't know what does everyone else think of this?

? All forums have this. Mainly because forum codes work by inputting a certain variables.

The thing is you have to quote the time correctly (The Dateline part) and other users would obviously be able to find the quoted post and see that you're "trolling"

That is not a problem. The thing is that this is pretty much the easiest way to make quotes if I'm aware of. I take part on another forum where they have basically the same quoting system.

Well as a general response to everyone I don't see it becoming a problem I just thought I should let the mods know of my concern.

I'll say thanks. But there is nothing anyone can do. It can be done on virtually any forum.

But if you fear that someone wrote something different in the quote, just click on that little arrow thing and it'll take you directly to that post.

Seriously though, if someone abuses the quotesystem too often we will probably give them a pretty harsh warning.
