It's an important question, but still, let's try not to get bogged down into arguments about specifics. Come on, this forum, we can make this a classy thread against all the odds.
Me, I hate any Mario Party games. Can't stand 'em.
Any games that are annual in release. Sports games, Call of Duty's, doesn't matter. Even with the way Activison "cheats" and uses two developers with staggered 2-year development cycles. If your game is annual in release it's a manufactured experience and designed to be obsoleted. The games are not designed for lasting enjoyment and are ultimately worthless.
Fifa(Sports games). CoD I honestly don't mind as much. But the sheer dull boringness(word?) of Sports games is brain numbing. Sports games are good if they are fun. Games like Mario Strikers Charged which makes playing football fun. Really, that can be said for any Mario sports game like Tennis, Slam Basketball and golf(ish). Fifa...so boring. Not only that but they release 'em every year as well.
Any game where I feel trying to be artsy was more important then gameplay. Usually in indie qames.
What was the name of that racing game that had an advertising campaign that basically took the piss out of Mario Kart? It was all "serious racing" and against cutesy fun. I never played it, but I hate it by default.

The game is "decent".
I do not like sports games but I do not know of any game that I HATED, I just normally dislike some games like CoD and sports games.

Actually now that I think about it some, I dispise flight sims along with strategy games like WarGame, Sins of Solar Empire, Total War, ect.
Those interphases are so damn confusing and I just do not like them that much.

That's the one. It's probably an okay game, but damn was that a terrible advertising strategy. I think it was released around the time that one of the Mario Galaxy games came out, too. It annoyed me.
Anyway; flight sims. Don't know why, but I hate them.
Any flat out, dry, straight forward simulation.

The old school, Microsoft flight sims. Probably the first of that genre (I have nothing to back this up). I remember seeing somewhere that trucking sims are really popular with, unsurprisingly, truckers. Was it here, or did I see that elsewhere? But yeah, what's the point if it's not specifically for training? It really bugs me.
Edit - and Google Earth pays tribute to this shit with the famous easter egg. Where are the GOOD Google Earth games?

You just mean gameplay right? The story I felt was the best yet.
Mass Effect, ridiculously overrated. Also WoW
Straight 'puzzle' games - the ones where you look for hidden objects, match up colored objects, etc etc etc.
Skateboarding games.
Most 'F2P' games, where the people who use the online stores get all the overpowered gear.
