Threads about games are fun but please make a pertinent and conversation-worthy point rather than just giving names of popular games Wink
Seriously though! *pun intended*

First one was rubbish, but I liked the rest and am looking forward to 3 (weird numerical system they're using innit?). So.... I guess that's my opinion on that. Erm. Yeah.
Eugh, Asscreed is a very tedious game, I always disliked it, but I've played the first 4, I'm not stopping there.

Asscreed 1 was alright, very tedious doing everything.
Asscreed 2 was the same.
Asscreed Brotherhood started out bad, but became good once you were training your creed and such.
Asscreed Revelations is currently boring, but I assume they all start out boring.

Yeah, I wouldn't have played any of the further sequels if it wasn't for AC2. It had an actual (albeit ridiculous) storyline beyond "do some stuff then kill a guy a million times in a row". There was some actual variation in the missions.
i dont know what the hell is tedious in it, the storyline is AMAZING, it unravels so much, and it gets funner as it goes on, i love all of them so far.

I think in the first one it was the structure that made it kind of tedious. There was absolutely no variation in each mission. Do x amount of (the same) stuff so that you can get enough info on killing x person.

I just thought it was rewarding to see what would happen next after doing all that
i understand the first one being tedious, literally every mission was the same. but AC2? i don't think you played it at all dude, because that shit was AMAZING. it followed a series of events, it wasn't the same thing over and over again. the overall look and feel of it was outstanding. a major improvement from the first. i can only imagine how AC3 will look. plus, the renaissance was a very interesting subject, and i happened to be studying it at the time in my world history class. i loved how much research they put into creating these games, a lot of the things in the games were real. just. omg. amazing. idk what else to say hahaha. IT IS BEYOND TEDIOUS AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR SAYING THAT.
I played all from AC1 through Brotherhood, and IMO the series gets better with every new game. I struggled to finish the first one and not abandon it. The gameplay changes in AC II took the series to a new level, as it's become a lot less repetitive and with a fair amount of new kinds of missions to do. I believe it'll be the same for Assassin's Creed III, since it's bringing a lot of new features to gameplay.

But... Won't Connor ever kill a colonist? Only Red-Coats? Until now, there's nothing proving that "Connor doesn't pick sides" and really only cares to kill Templars.

Btw, a new AC III trailer came out today.

ASS2 > ASSBRO > ASS1 imo. Have yet to play ASSREV. Looking forward to ASS3.

Also, ass.
