Well, since this is a new community and there are a lot of avid DYKG fans, I'm coming out here to extend some of my knowledge/services to both the DYKG staff and other members alike.
I work as a programmer. My main focus are PHP, MySQL and JavaScript. I also know some Python, and of course general programming logic.
I also work as a web designer with HTML and CSS.
Like I said on some other thread, I've have over 10 years of experience managing my own community. Right now its very large and we get around 4M - 4.5M unique visitors a day. We've been through a lot, so there is some wisdom regarding that over here.
I am also a translator. I translate stuff from english to spanish, so I'll be making some contributions around here.
Which community do you manage? 4m is a huuuge number so I've might have heard of it before.
I believe 4chan has a lot more then 4M unique visitors.
I manage the larges spanish anime website, MCAnime.net. We created a user driven system where they share anime series with each other. We are currently abiding and helping Crunchyroll expand into the spanish market by removing downloads from any licensed series they bring to Latin Amercia and Spain.
I believe you, I've checked your site out before when you first joined. We don't need anything right now. I'm quite happy with how the site works. I won't be considering a redesign util the site is around the 500,000 unique user mark. Right now it's around 350,000.

Holy crap. Really? That's pretty amazing since it wasn't so long ago you really tried getting this site out there.
It's slowly rising. Will probably be at the 500,000 mark in about 6 months time.
That's awesome. But I design is really my weakest point. My strongest point is development of user interaction software, on the likes of Web 2.0 and in the near future, Web 3.0.
Because of the large amount of users free board/forum software was not keeping up and were taxing our servers more than needed. So we developed our own forum software based on a PHP MVC framework we developed.
Awesome experience let me tell you.

Lol. We no longer have a "main page". We developed a Twitter/Facebook like platform using Cassandra and Redis software, since we wanted to create the very first anime social community.
But I will give you a shout out so all my friends/followers can come over and see DYKG.
