Dude, this is obscure as hell I'm pretty good at finding things due to experience with trying to find games I want to pirate that are obscure but I'm not pulling up anything on this mod, the only thing that even mentions it is the page you provided, any leads you may have would be appreciated.
Edit: Also it might just be a work in progress because I found some crap for a game that isn't even out yet on that site of yours and doesn't even have a release date yet for the Wii version, here's a link to what I'm talkin' bout.

Yeah it seems everything about it being downloadable has been taken down so unless someone uploads it for you again I think you're gonna have to deal without getting it.
