Using an action replay to access the debug menu, you can use the level modifier too go to a test level where the background is a coffee shop!

(This is not shopped despite how fake it looks, I personally tried this years back when the debug menu was first discovered by Rune of GScentral.org)

Also in the debug menu is a modifier for objects, choosing the pokeball mod "Metamon" spawns a ditto! sadly it does nothing and was removed from the final game.

They used the ditto for random characters in tournement mode tho :o

I believe the Ditto makes noise too? For a long time it was though to be "Mama" or maybe it was just me... but we now know he says "Metamon"...or a tleast I do now...

Isn't there also a trophy of a female character that has a third eye on the back of its head or something?
