Awesome awesome. What are you holding in that third picture?
A conch. It's the local cuisine out there. We snorkled for them, and the captain and deckhand prepared them right on the boat for us to eat.
Ah ha. All hail the magic conch. Welcome back too. Perfect island to fight zombies on.

Welcome back !
Looks like you had an epic time
I think we need some more explanations about the chef-hat picture
Oh man. My family and another family went tgether, 10 people total. On our last night there, we ate at a restaurant called Kimonos. It's a hibachi grill. Our chef was super funny, and sang the entire time. He asked for the youngest to come up, so she did, and helped cooked the eggs for the fried rice. Then she had to sing. Then the second youngest had to go up and help cook the rice and sing. Then, the chef threw cooked egg into the 3 younger boys mouths. They had to catch it in the air. Then the older guys did the sake bomb challenge, where they sat the sake on chopsticks on top of their beer, banged on the table to drop it in, then chugged it. Whoever did it the fastest won.
Then he called for the oldest kid, which is me. So I went up there, and he put this huge piece of chicken on a spatula and had me flip it across the room at him, so he could catch it in his mouth. I actually hit his mouth but he didn't bite down in time. I was still proud! Then he made me sing.

Without context, that would be the most bizarre sounding night out ever
Sounds like you had a blast

And this was taken in march. Normally it's cold in march. But we had such a mild winter and I think it was like either in the upper 60's or lower 70's that day. It was nice.
