Hey sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I manage IV's in, say, Pokemon White? Is it all random or hereditary or what?
Im not too keen on IVs on BW, but if it's like [that jockstrap incident] other games, it's random at birth.
Random but can be influenced by having parrents with good iv's
