LOL! When I read the link to this this story "'South Park' Creators Sued Over Show Character" I never expected this:

It's so funny when people try to sue over such mundane characters that really anybody could've come up with.

It's so funny when people try to sue over such mundane characters that really anybody could've come up with.
What I find ridiculous about their claim is, well really they have no case, I mean, like you said Hex it's an idea a 5 year old can come up with, (hence why it's in the episodes in the first place) and from the sounds of it the "Big Bad Lollipop" is obviously an evil character and the Lollipop King is a good character in the episodes, not to mention a lot of child things have a "lollipop king" in it. The only thing that is the same between the two characters as far as I can see is that they are both giant talking lollipops in a fictional universe.
This lawsuit seems like just another guy pullin' a "Tim Langdell" and will most likely be shot down immediately. (If you don't know what I'm referring to with "Tim Langdell" just google it.)

Well I got a good laugh out of psychology class today when we learned about how colors affect us psychologically, my favorite color is green and that color is said to make us lazy, and I'm notoriously lazy, (as an example I have failed multiple classes at school because I was too lazy to do the work) I thought that was pretty ironic.
The new update for the xbox dashboard came out today. And I like it.
I'm currently using internet explorer on it and it's pretty freaking cool.

Making my first post, was trying to find something to comment on, but at almost my brain doesn't seem to want to string together coherent sentences currently so instead I'm posting here. My only thought is that this seems like a waste of a post.
