Well for those of us who play Team Fortress 2, we know that Meet the Pyro is releasing in roughly an hour, any last guesses as to what lies under the suit? Personally, I think it's neither male nor female, just an entity of pure flame.
The suit doesn't keep fire out, it keeps the fire in.

I don't think Valve will reveal his/her/its gender on the video. It would be pointless and would ruin the fun that is imagining what in the fucking hell Pyro is.

Agreed, they'll probably tease it with it taking off the mask and then cutting off all spongebob style.

The Pyro takes of its mask and it is revealed that it is Gabe Newell.

I think they will just continue to mess around and not tell us the sex of pyro. It's more fun that way.
