The Yu-Gi-Oh card, Goe Goe The Gallant Ninja, looks strangely similar with Goemon from the Mystical Ninja series.

Coincidence? I think not!

Is that an actual card?
Also, Yu-Gi-Oh is a card game by series so this might be hard to push.

Yes, this is an actual card. I was dueling my friend with my new Warrior deck that I hadn't used before and this occurred to me.

As the card game and Mystical Ninja are both owned by Konami, it's easy to see why they might be included. Too bad they never incorporated Metal Gear into the series XD

Well, I only have Goe Goe and not the other ones, so I only know of this reference.

There are a few Sasuke Samurai also. I think it numbers up to 3 with a warlord or something.

How does the ninja deck play? I've always had a few ninja and six samurai but never enough of one or the other to make a dedicated deck. Heck, right now, I'm trying to get more fusion cards for an elemental hero deck.

Good point, hey Serious, if this gets rejected, could we just move it to a different spot, maybe rename it so we can have a established Yu-Gi-Oh! thread?

Wait a second, this actually is related to gaming. The guy from the Mystical Ninja series.

There are at least 6 or more Mystical Ninja related cards I've seen.

This IS video game related since the Mystical Ninja / Ganbare Goemon series is a video game franchise which predates Yu-Gi-Oh. If it comes under any category, it would be Mystical Ninja.

Yeah, I know. I just realized that a few hours after I posted that first comment.

Feel KINDA stoopid.

There is no real surprise.

Konami has a tendancy to make yugioh cards based off of video games they currently own and are programming. There are several other cards printed and still running the the literal card game based off other characters they own, making cameo appearances.

If it pleases anyone, I can look it up.
