During the Tanker Mission in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (PS2 and HD Collection) if you look at one of the girl posters in First Person View and call Otacon, a conversation will start where Snake starts pleasuring himself while Otacon tries to convince Snake to remember the mission.





There is also an Achievement/Trophy for the HD Collection related to finding this cutscene: Snake Beater.

To be honest, this isn't really a DYK, as it's an achievement in the HD version, and multiple videos have been made for it, it's pretty well known among MGS fans to be honest.
