Waiting for a new F Zero game. I would buy a Wii U just for that.

Dude, we had Ocarina of Time and that's it. Last big update was Super Mario 64 DS in 2004.

Also, how can you ask for for innovative games and then follow up with asking for F-Zero? Wut?

Star Fox 64 3D
I'm not too sure about The Wind Waker HD. The Wind Waker is one of my favourite games of all time, one of the main reasons for that is the uniqueness of the visuals, a few games have tried to emulate its looks, but I don't think there's any game before or since TWW that looks the same way.

As standard video game graphics I think TWW HD looks fantastic, yet at the same time generic. A bit like Pixar films, they all look brilliant, yet they all look very similar. Like I mentioned beforehand, there's nothing else out there that really looks like the original Wind Waker, yet we've seen a lot of games/movies/cartoons that look like TWW HD.

I don't think you can improve the visuals of something like TWW, because the whole point of its graphics wasn't to be super realistic or super HD, it was to be original and artistically beautiful. Say what you want about TWW, but even the most insufferable members of the Zelda fanbase who insist every game post Majora's Mask is a pile of crap, will have a hard time denying that TWW's graphics are incredibly original and beautiful artistically. I can't help but feel 'upgrading' TWW's graphics to HD causes them to lose that originally and artistic beauty as a side-effect.

The movie equivalent of this would be remaking The Nightmare Before Christmas so that it looks like The Incredibles, it just wouldn't work, and fans of the original film would hate it.

If this new HD version adds lots of new content like new dungeons or whatever, then I'll definitely get it, but if it's just a Ocarina of Time 3D-esque remake with barely any added content then I'll pass on it, because there's no way it'll replace the original TWW in my eyes.

Personally I feel a HD version of Twilight Princess would have worked much much better.
I'm not saying this trend has been entirely in the LOZ Remakes, because this is only the second one.
Super Mario Galaxy, the Super Mario Galaxy 2. Then multiple New Super Mario Bros games. Super Paper Mario was an update to the playing style of the side scrolling, why multiple side scrollers after it? Super Mario 64 on the DS could also be a start to the trend. Other Nintendo consoles haven't had so many repeats.

And F Zero is my favorite series ever, so I am slightly biased. However, it created an entire new style of racing. It allowed people to start thinking past just 8-10 vehicles on a track. There have been unique innovations in the F Zero games. Random track generation, connectivity to arcade systems and other things. ALmost every racing game after the first F Zero game has been affected largly by F Zero. Some racing game developers have said that straight up. I'm just sick with Miyamoto because he said earlier that he doubted F Zero would be released on the Wii U because it couldn't offer any new innovations, which I say it CAN, and only wants to release entirely new games.

And Nintendo is clearly NOT in a trend of releasing entirely new games. HD remake is proof of that. And since Miyamoto said we are only releasing new and innovative games here at Nintendo, I'm just sitting here, waiting for the to actually happen... Where is another F Zero game, Metroid game, Sin and Punishment game, Star Fox game, Custom Robo, etc., when there are multiple side scrolling Mario games on the Wii and Wii U and now an HD remake of a LOZ game. Seems like a great way to crush my dreams.

They will be adding more content and possibly a few dungeons that didn't make it into the gamecube game. I'm just glad because it's a chance for people like me who haven't played the original back then.

While I don't entirely disagree with you, this remake was more of an afterthought to the next Wii U Zelda.
LOZ on N64: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask
LOZ on Gamecube: Ocarina remake, Wind Waker, Four Swords Adventure, Twilight Princess
LOZ on Wii: Twilight Princess, Link's Crossbow Training, Skyward Sword
LOZ: on Wii U: So far, 1 remake and one original game. I'm noticing a downward spiral with Nintendo in general.
The Ocarina game on the Gamecube wasn't a remake. As far as I know, it only added the Master Quest.
The hell are you talking about a downward spiral for? The Zelda series is still good. Are you really getting bitchy because they don't make two or three completely new Zelda games for every console? Or are you still upset because F-Zero never went anywhere?
I think that just because many games are remakes doesn't mean the quality is going down.

Am I having fun ? Yes. Then all is well.

And that is that is required of a game.
Yeah I may not be a big LoZ fan but their games are still relatively consistent. Just because they are making an HD remake of WW does not mean anything bad, for all we know this is just a sample of the LoZ games we will see on the Wii-U.
I don't know how to feel about the HD remake to WiiU. I mean, Wind Waker is my favourite Zelda, but I'm actually tired of so many remakes. It's great to have the opportunity to replay good old games in new platforms but I feel like it's "raining" remakes.
Wind Waker isn't even really old, you can play it on Wii if you have the game, a memory card and a GC control(ok, not HD, but the plot is the same). Maybe it's too early to remake this game, a Majora's Mask remake would be better. Also, they should wait to release remakes, because I got the impression Nintendo doesn't have new games for WiiU and is trying to use "the power of old games" to soar sales. I was glad they also announced a new Zelda, it means they learnt something with the OoT 3D remake(relying only on remakes to sell a new platform is a terrible idea).
But, well, it's done so... Ok. Wind Waker is wonderful anyway. And the HD pics are incredibly awesome! I'm in a love-hate relationship with WW HD.
