The only one I can think of right now is 100% completion of Destroy All Humans!, DAH!2, and DAH! Big Willy Unleashed.
When I found my first ever easter egg. It was the actual easter egg in Vice City when you jump through that one window from the roof of the mall.
Some of my own personal achievements. Ooh boy, this is gonna be tough to think about.

I guess finally beating Disgaea 2 a few years ago. I had the game for nearly two years and finally beat it. I mainly put it aside for about 4 months once I got near the end because some other games came out that I wanted to play through first. Next thing I know, it's an entire year later when I finally pick the game back up. It took me less than a week to get to and beat the boss, grinding included. (oh, the grinding)

Two months ago, I finally, after my entire 19 years of living, have beaten all the Megaman X games. Two months ago, I re-downloaded a SNES emulator and got to work on X, X2, and X3. It took me a week to beat all three, and I feel amazing being able to say I completed an entire series.

I can do a 100% run of Okami. You have no idea how long it took me to find all those beads my first try, though. But yea, a 100% all items, all subquests, all collectibles, all animals, all fish (goddamn did that take time), etc. As well as maxing out health, ink pots, wallet, and that holy pouch thing that revives you upon death, despite how easy it is to get through the game without even coming close to dying.
There were a few times where someone I know would be completely frustrated because they were stuck in some part of a game and I would come in, nonchalantly take the controller and beat it. I guess that's kind of an achievement for me.
Beating Resident Evil Missions. That game is so horrible and unplayable that it's one of the worst things I've ever had to do in my life. The victory over the game is one of the greatest achievements in my life. Feels good, man.
Its really amazing i will try to play tomorrow as i'm little bit busy in my exams and today will be the last paper than i fully enjoy the game. but looking really a great idea i think when i will play i will be controlled all the characters than enjoy it fully.
I maxed out the money in Kingdom Hearts 2 if that counts.
Also, Kilimanjaro in Halo Reach baby!
Beating Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in under 5 hours.

100% run too.
