Not a worthy of a Did You Know, but just something I find strangely funny.

I just happened to randomly put my copy of Oni next to the new Black Ops II box, and noticed a strange similarity:



I'm not sure if it's an homage or a strange coincidence, but I just thought it was interesting and wanted to share it with everyone.

Having a characters arms in a certain position doesn't really seem like a homage.

Artistic ideas being similar is really common in cover art, posters and so on. For instance:

I think it's mainly because designers need to get a person's attention, and end up using the same, familiar layouts. Good spot though.
