My personal belief is that it was removed because of their policies against real world religious references in games, as stated in the video. This wouldn't be the only time Nintendo have fumbled when censoring their games. The iQue version of Ocarina of Time had both the old and new Gerudo symbols everywhere.
There's an interesting glitch in OoT that allows you to change the colour of the the Gerudo Keeper/Thief. You can change her clothes depending on the colour of your tunic, what items are set on your C buttons or what items you're currently using.
In Majora's Mask after obtaining the Romani's Mask for helping to deliver the milk to Clock Town, if you help save the farm and then help deliver the milk with Cremia again on the second day you'll receive either 1 of 3 rewards. Link can get either a Huge Rupee (200 Rupees), some Chateau Romani, or a hug.
If Link receives the hug, Cremia will hold Link up close to herself and afterwards a message will appear saying "You did it! You helped Cremia!" "You feel all warm and fuzzy! inside! Sigh... You could get used to this!"
There are theories about the true identity of the Ghost Salesman in Ocarina of Time. People, including myself, believe that the little boy in the graveyard, in the past, grows up to be the Ghost Salesman in the future. The boy spoke of a fascination of ghosts and all things scary. He even accepts the scary mask in the Mask Sidequest. They both carry a stick and swing it in a similar fashion.
Others believe it to be the Hyrulean Guard that is inside the same place in the past that wished there was more chaos in the world and was also fascinated with ghosts, but I think it's the little kid from the graveyard.

In the prototype version of 8-Bit LoZ The "It's a Secret to Everybody" Moblin has a different line of text in the prototype, translating to "Overlook it just this once!" meaning it was bribing you.

I was reading in the cutting room floor, and it wasnt overlook it just this once,it was "I'll give you this, so leave me alone!"

I had it translated personally by an acquaintance that translates mangas. What was said in the video was correct.
