Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is indeed also, a fighting games. However, some fighting games use references from the manga itself. The fighting game Guilty Gear has a character named Sol Badguy whose basically based off of the character Jotaro Kujo (Except for hat and all). Sol uses one of Jotaro's main quotes from the video game ("yare yare daze." Which means "what a pain.), and keeps Jotaro's cool guy attitude. As shown here.



But, let's go off of some of the fighting game characters that uses resembalances from the manga.

The character Guile borrows the same amazing hair is from the character Rudolf Von Stroheim.




Another character from named Rose has an alternate costume in Super Street Fighter IV based off of the character Lisa Lisa.

Sadly, I can't find the picture related to it. ;_;


Lastly, the character Benimaru from King of Fighters is based off JJBA's Polnareff. Even when the character's name was decided, the character was still being referenced as Polnareff. Additionally, Benimaru has Polnareff's "hitting on ladies" attitude. Benimaru also has a taunt in King of Fighter XI that mirrors Polnareff's stature in the manga.

Paul Phoenix also has the same hair style has Benimaru and Polnaref. More fighters need this hairstyle...

Agreed.

But Benimaru will always look like Polnareff.

Indeed. I made Paul Phoenix Look like Benimaru in Tag 2 ha.

Oh yeah, gonna post one more thing here.

Eddie from Guilty Gear pretty much has a similar win pose to Jotaro.
