Still, whoever did this, did their research to an extent, there are several out of place things, and most of the things in it are retarded (Pikachu complaining about being stuck inside a tiny ball, and being treated badly, when none of this happened.)

I find Peta is a bit too late to the party (about 12-14 years too late) and as always they are just trying to be attention whores.
Oh well, it was a fun little game that taught me absolutely jack about what they were talking about.

The sad thing is, PETA are now going to turn around and say "LOOK, WE GOT 1,000,000 HITS ON THIS PAGE - PEOPLE SUPPORT US SO MUCH"

I don't like animal abuse, but the way Peta tries to spread the word with is is just horrific Pokemon was the first game I played, and I didn't find anything wrong with it.

I honestly don't give a crap because the whole point of a virtual/fictional world is that you are allowed to make games like Pokemon which in you can't do in the real world. So pushing your real world values on a fictional universe is just stupid and bullshit. Maybe they should keep focusing their attention on real world issues than fictional issues that have no effect on the real world.

I dislike the fact that THEIR version of Pokemon is so much more gruesome and bloody then the REAL games. it makes me want to play Pokemon more though. So... thanks for that PETA ^_^

I think that's more of them using Pokemon to do evil bidding. I think only a few times have I seen Pokemon being abused but then again the entire premise of Pokemon is to have Pikachus face whipped by a Bulbasaur

I love how they bothered to look up the characters, Pokémon, and setting, but didn't even give two craps about the story, showing the bond between Pokémon and trainer, just so they can push their extremist agenda.

I wish I could flag their website for terrorism.

Pokemon is about making friendship with your Pokemon. PETA seems to think the goal is to just to kill innocent creatures...well they do fight, but in the end they just faint, not die.

That's just a theory.He could have left his Raticate in his PC or something.Plus, this whole PETA thing is stupid.
1:It's fantasy, not reality.
2:Pokemon are still animals in a way, they battled for territory and food way before humans even existed.
3:Some Pokemon don't want to battle, if their trainers are forcing them then the Pokemon would try to rebel and run away (yes they CAN run away whenever they want to).It has been showcased in the anime that most of the Pokemon are friends with humans (and when the humans are evil the Pokemon become evil too, but not abused or physically corrupted in any way, just comedic relief evil).
4:Trainers earn the respect of Pokemon by showing them their skill in Pokemon battles and their care.So the whole "Pokemon hate battles" thing is stupid and it shows PETA's ignorance very well.

So yeah...FUCK YOU PETA AND I HOPE YOU GET KILLED BY A MAGIKARP (they deserve a humiliating death)!!!
