Found 2 earlier today.
The game features 3 parody characters of Ryu, Ken and Akuma. Ryu (E.Hond)a and Ken(Bob) are fat while Akuma(Ogre) is very tall.

Also Katsuhiro Harada makes a cameo appearance in the Combot Lab story. Violet is seen talking to him.
