In all SNES, Genesis, and GBA versions of Street Fighter 2, when a character (Except Chun-li) is hit with heavy punch or kick, they may vomit.

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, The secret of Stop & Swop is a buyable item at the store for 6000 notes (even though that is an unreachable amount) but if you try to buy it, Bottles will steal your notes, and say "Sorry Banjo, I'd love to tell you, but then I'd have to kill you, and we can't have that in a game with this rating."

When you start the game at Destiny Islands you can fight Tidus, Wakka or Selphie. On the first day if you speak to Tidus, you have to refuse fighting him. If you do this several times he wil say something like: "Wakka and me just thought of a game underwater where you chase the ball". If you keep saying "no", he'll then say: "You'll never be a star in our game like me". Obviously this is a reference to blitzball and the fact that Tidus is a star player in FFX.

After winning a match in the Olympia Coliseum, Sora does one of three victory poses. These poses are swinging his keyblade in the air (from Cloud in FF7), slashing it twice in an X then putting it on his shoulder (from Squall in FF8), and jumping up and down excitedly (from Zidane in FF9).

The level up music in Paper Mario is World 1's overworld music from Super Mario Bros. 3.

The Phoenix Wright games contains references to Final Fantasy 4, 300, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and the Legend of Zelda cartoon.

The Japanese version of Four Swords Adventures contains a game mode known as Navi Trackers, which features Tetra and hew crew. The goal is to find Tetra's crew and collect stamps on the way. There is a cutscene before, showing all four Link's meeting, using the Wind Waker style.

This game mode is also the only game in the Zelda series to feature full voice acting (By Tetra) as she gives directions and advice to the players.
It is unknown why this mode never made it outside of Japan.

According to the level select in Sonic 1, Laybrinth Zone was to be the second Zone, while Marble Zone was going to be the third, and Spring Yard Zone the fourth.

In the beta of Sonic 2, when you drown, the options music will play instead of the normal drowning music.

Bowser, Pit, King Dedede, Peach, Mewtwo, and Meowth were all going to be originally be in the first Super Smash Bros. game , but were cut due to time constraints.

Smash Balls were also going to be put in the first game, and even voice clips of these can be found through the debug menu.

In the Great Cave Offensive, the treasure Kirby can find includes the Screwattack, a Phanto from Mario 2, the Celphone from Kirby & the Amazing Mirror (<--- added in the DS remake), A Koopa Shell, Marth's Sword, A Mr. Saturn, Golden Watering Can from Animal Crossing (Again, DS remake), Dk Barrel, and the Triforce.

The reason Missngno. appears is because when you talk to the Old Man, the game puts your name a value in the data buffer place of where Pokemon are. The side of Cinnibar Island has no values for Pokemon, so it takes the data of the place you last were, which now would be your name. So now the game would load the hexadecimal values of your name for a wild encounter.when you enter a wild battle, and game tries to load a value that isn't a Pokemon (Your name), the game's error handling system causes a sub-routine when triggers Missingno.
The Link on the left is not impressed.

The Link on the right is all like "Come on, dude!"

Sorry. Smile
Middle Link is
OH REALLY!? Big Grin

According to an removed scene from Final Fantasy 7, Cloud was a Sephiroth -clone created by Hojo. When asked if they could do that, Cait Sith reveals that they take normal human beings and inject them with Jenova cells, then infuse it with Mako Energy.
*Update*
After you beat the game, the Toad in Petalburg will tell you he's playing the next Paper Mario game, and that he has to really put time and thought in to an opinion of the game. He then says, "I can tell you one thing about the game though, if you're a Luigi fan, you CAN'T miss out!" hinting to Luigi's play-ability in the next Paper Mario game, Super Paper Mario.
