Hey, I'm sure I'm not the only Rock Band fan here. So basiclaly this thread is to discuss Rock Band.

I'm a big fan of 2 and 3 especially. I own 1-3 +The Beatles. And I would like to get my hands on Lego and Green Day.

Anyway, I mainly wanted to ask, what songs would you guys like to see in Rock Band? I have my own personal list:

(This is almost all from a personal list of songs I would have liked to see in Rock Band 4, if the game were to come out.)

I own Rock Band 2 (doesn't work) and Rock Band 3. I have all of the previous rock bands + Lego and Green Day all exported into Rock Band 3.

There's A LOT of stuff I want.

It does indeed.

In fact, Rock Band Blitz released this week. Yesterday on PSN today on XBL.

That's like saying Batman Arkham City doesn't exist anymore, because it didn't just come out. Of course it still exists.

Well, I am amazed at the list given by Agentkuo. I guess he is the true fan of Rockband series. Even I have also not come across some of them and for this reason I would like to thank him because now I have a great list which I can refer and buy accordingly.

I think Sirion confused Rock Band with Guitar Hero. Guitar Hero is the series that was cancelled.

I played Rock Band 1 but was always on the side of Guitar Hero. I've been looking for Rock Band 3. Songs... like my entire iTunes library.

The only one I have is the Beatles. I hope that they make more games like that and Green Day, centered around specific bands. Although my favorite guitar based rhythm game remains as Guitar Hero: Metallica.

It is my favorite music/rhythm game series. Although I'm not a big fan of the handheld ones (they don't feel right, as it's not the same). But I would like to get my hands on DJ Max Fever (because I've always thought it looked fun.) And DDR is always fun. Rock Band wasn't always my favorite, though. When it was just GHIII and Rock Band (1) out, my heart was on GHIII. But Rock Band 2 changed everything for me.

Lol, no problem. I could name a ton more bands. My music taste is really broad.

I would have bought Metallica if it was Rock Band title. They're one of my favorite bands. But I started hating Guitar Hero after GHIII, when Activision went nuts with the series.

Band Hero
Rock Band Beatles

...Rock Band....Blitz?
The series is falling in that trap....

Lol, Band Hero is an Activision game.

Regardless, the only bad games in the series are AC/DC (which was a track pack, not a full game) and I don't personally like Blitz, but that doesn't make it a bad game. Though I really hope Blitz doesn't represent the direction they want to take the series. I want a new console game for the series! I want to play drums again! (mine broke).

Besides, that doesn't compare to:
Guitar Hero: Metallica
Guitar Hero: Aerosmith
Guitar Hero: Van Halen
Guitar Hero: World Tour
Guitar Hero: On Tour (1-3)
Guitar Hero 5
Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock
And with Guitar Hero: Dragonforce still a possibility...I think Guitar Hero wins the nuts battle.

And Rock Band: Beatles was in development before Rock Band 1.

Yeah sorry my mistake. I thought it was Guitar Hero. (I also forgot to add Green Day Rock Band and Rock band unplugged) I like Green Day but c'mon. Rock Band is going down that slope of being milked to death.

Either way all these games are made by those who work for Harmonix and Harmonix has produced some of the Guitar Hero games so... meh. I really only enjoyed Guitar Hero because I was just want to play Guitar. When the made Guitar Hero WT(4), both Rock Band and Guitar Hero are on neutral ground then really. I bought the Rock Band drum kit but and haven't really gone back to it after completing expert. I never understood why you would WANT to play a percussion instrument in plastic form......t's a percussion instrument. I don't get it.

I would buy Guitar Hero Dragonforce

Guitar Hero Dragonforce sounds awesome. I would get all over that.

Dragonforce is awful, though...there are much better power metal bands than them. And the with the other bands, all the songs don't sound the same. (I'll be honest, though, I'd probably get it if it was cheap.)
