In one of the mission of Left 4 dead 2, there is a small quest for find a easter egg based on Portal 2. If you find it, you can challenge yourself with your friends to complete three test made by Glados. If you finish all the challenge and survive, you will be rewarded with some medi kits.

All you get are sole medikits?
Seems like not much for having beaten Glados

May I ask what campaign?

I thought it was just a mod.

Also, Left 4 Dead 2 came out in 2009, Portal 2 came out in 2011, it can't be an Easter egg for Portal 2, it'd be for Portal 1, unless it tells you about Portal 2 itself, hell it might not be canon. (Unless this map came out in 2011)

Indeed. This isn't an official campaign. It's a mod campaign. You can also find G-man too.

The name of the Campaign this is in is called Suicide Blitz 2 and was made by R.T. Frisk, its basically the best custom campaign for Left 4 dead in like, ever.
