I was in Slough a few months back, visiting a friend, and in a shopping centre (can't remember the name of it. EDIT - Observatory shopping centre, google says Wink) there was this independent game shop. It had the weirdest pricing ranges. Some games were dirt cheap, and others were ridiculously expensive (including a CSI game for £50).

I left confused Big Grin

If you go there again, check in Cex for Metal Gear, buy it and send it to me, you'll get your money if I received it.

I shouldn't be in Slough any time soon Sad
AmiAmi is getting in some neat stuff for games. It's not the older stuff you might be hunting for, but still nice things to add to your collection.

On this page you can see some little two inch figures of Mario and Zelda they added. The Link figures faces are little derpy, but the Mario ones look great! They're only about $10 a piece, so you might be interested: http://slist.amiami.com/top/search/list?...agelimit=0

What's nice about AmiAmi is that they have a lot of shipping options so the fact that they're in Japan doesn't hurt your wallet too much. They also give you points for all the items you buy which can be used to save you a bit of money on future purchases. Also, when you pre order, you don't have to pay cent; it's all due once your items are ready to ship. Just make sure to always pay or they'll delete your account.
Fangamer has a lot of great gaming apparel that you can wear in public without looking like a total dork. Their stuff comes with cool extras too, like pins.
I'll have to check out all these places!
I like to buy mostly from the stores. However yes, shopping online for the gaming stuffs is also not a poor idea, because it has more scope. In fact I also like to shop through ebay and amazon. Moreover there are other useful sites also given over here, which I will try for myself.
Surprised I didn't mention this place before but Forbidden Planet is great for any merchandise. (Gaming included).
I bought my gunblade at a flea market and my ocarina from STLocarina.
