Now I haven't been a fan of Call of Duty, ever.. But this game looks pretty darn amazing.

Tell me what you guys think
Will it be better than the rest of them? Or is it pretty much the same thing as it has always been?
I think it's because it will be in the near future it will be different. I'm not sure whether or not that's a good thing, but I've still pre-ordered it and I'm totally excited for it. Although there hasn't been much word on zombies yet.

I'm a bit confused with the timeline of Black-Ops 1 and 2, did they just give up on the whole, Vietnam thing?
And I was never really a fan of Zombies on Black Ops, but I can't say that I'm not interested to see if they've changed anything about it.
Haha oh wow, I was true.

No one likes Cod games set before modern times, they have to be now, or the future, this proves it, many people hated Black Ops.

It seems interesting, I hope they have GOOD maps this time and not horrible mash up of parts and bits to make a map, I also wouldn't mind some variety in secondary weapons, Black Ops had terrible secondaries, Pistols, RPG's and a Crossbow, a nice Shotgun or Machine Pistol could really make this game have an interesting aspect.

I'll still get it, but I have an odd feeling they're trying to get away from the casual aspect of it, it just seems like they're trying to make it have some sort of RTS strategy and be more complicated for the people who want to shoot everything.
I'm glad Treyarch is trying to be more innovative. It feels like they're actually trying to make a new game and not just MW 2.5

To me, that's the whole appeal of it, Battlefield 3 had that strategy aspect, and that's why I would have so much more fun with that game, than I ever would with any Call of Duty game.
For example, one good sniper, can actually be the change of the whole game on Battlefield 3. If you have a good sniper on Call of Duty, chances are you're not playing Call of Duty.

A lot of people may have hated Black Ops, but I'm not one of them. I loved it, it's seriously my favorite CoD.

I love Black Ops, from the campaign to the multiplayer (best in the series), loved Black Ops.

Black Ops 2 holds a lot of promise. The multiplayer being set in the future should be great, with new features and weapons, Plus Treyarch sets up a solid multiplayer, where players have to rely more on technique and skill then chaos and luck (I'm looking at you Infinity Ward). The multiplayer will play just fine, no worries there.

The campaign, tying the last game's events in, not confusing like MW2 and 3, along with a choose your adventure style storytelling make for an interesting concept. If they pull it off right and have it go that RPG route where your choices really do make the difference, it'll bring enough change to the series that people have been wanting.

Still though, there's gonna be those people that still cry, "it's the same game as last year!" while playing Skyrim (Oblivion) or Pokemon Insert Color Here (Pokemon Yellow/Red/Black/White/Gold/Green/Blue).
>Liking Black Ops Campaign.

Oh god, this is beyond retarded.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is now retarded to have an opinion.
I loved the campaign, it was well written and made sense.
The last CoD game I REALLY enjoyed was World at War and not only because the story was awesome but because if you played on the hardest difficulty by god were you in for it.

I once tried playing World at War on Veteran, WAY harder than Black Ops.
