I thought it would be intresting to see how people handle themselfs in combat and maybe learn something new.

Personally when fighting a dragon I try to have a follower with me (usally Cicero) so the dragons attention will be on them so I'll be unscratched in battle (they might not see me and I can use my sneaking to put an extra hurtin' on them). I also use marked for death as to make them weaker so my attacks do more dammage. Also deffinatly use ranged weapons.

I got my armour maxed out with enchantments, so it doesn't cost any magika to hold up a ward and chuck spells, so dragons aren't a problem. Other than that I generally go for a mace and shield.
I have a sword and I run in and slash bitchez.
That's about it.

Does anyone else thing that werewolf combat is'nt really that good, and you can't use potions, and feedind does'nt really restore that much health. And you can't get any sleeping bonuses while being able to turn into a werewolf.

I'm totally with you on that. I'm a werewolf, and I just don't use it at all since I'm hard as nails anyway. I never sleep in that game, so it's not actually a problem, but it is pointless for me. I've not looked into the werewolf skill-tree yet, though, maybe it's fixed it.

I mean at least make feeding like the ring that lets you eat dead people and restore more health.
I use a greatsword and just walk up to enemies and chop em up

No, I'm not very into Skyrim that much

Exactly, just running and slicing works 9/10, especially once you get into the higher levels.

I play games like Skyrim mostly for the story so if I can quickly get rid of enemies, I'll do it
I always find that great swords swing to slowly, I dual wield waraxes

Am I the only fanny here that carries a shield? Sob.

That was an issue with me at first, but I just thought it looked badass seeing my guy walk around, take out the greatsword, cut some enemy down, then walk off

Skyrim wasn't too "fun" to me, until I started having fun doing my own thing Big Grin

Totally get that. Though I am the kind of nerd who took great pleasure in leveling my character up through sometimes insane, OCD type tasks.
Stealth Bow Frenzy! Take a arrow to the face.
I never got to play after level 8 on Skyrim because of computer issues. However, I'm pretty addicted to Oblivion and even though you can get much more using melee there, stealth bow is just too awesome.

Glad I'm not the only one ^_^

I would usually use a bow and stealth to get x3 attack and do instant kills.

If I could get behind someone, I would use a daedric dagger with the "Soul Sapper" enchantment, so that I could refill my soul gems easily and THEN enchant cool stuff (like dragon-light armor for example :3).

If there's a lot of people in front of me, I would use a dual-wield glass swords techniques, one with a fire enchantment, the other with lightning.

Finally, I would use Illusion as my main school of magic to "Courage" some allies, "Calm" some monsters I just don't want to fight (random trolls for example), or just "Fury" some bandits and wolves.

I started an other game where I am a magician. I use Destruction magic and rain havoc with level 100 lightning spells >Big Grin. Plus, I maximized the alchemy skills, so I can get potions that restores +100 health points and magic points ^_^
